Andrew Payne is now using Prism to manage his stable’s communications and finances.
Andrew started his path to horsemanship as a child and gained his riding license at the age of fifteen. He had a stellar riding career with 225 wins to his belt, riding in multiple Group 1 races that included the Melbourne Cup and a stint in Macau.
During his career as a jockey, Andrew picked up training methodologies while working under trainers such as Clarry Conners and Bobby Thomsen, and while he was in America, Todd Pletcher. This experience proved to be invaluable as he started his own training operations in Ballarat.
Today, Andrew strives to go the extra mile, giving each horse his personal attention to give it the best opportunity to reach its maximum potential. This has led to notable horses such as Tubular Bells (2nd, Group 1 Adelaide Cup), On A Jeune (6th, Group 1 Melbourne Cup), and Excuse My French (1st, Listed Hobart Guineas).
