Prism has just released its largest ever platform update with its new Finance and Billing  enhancement now live.

This new module will allow you to automate and keep track your stable’s finances and allow seamless, integrated Owner billing and reconciliation. What once took weeks, now takes hours.

Developed from the ground up over over several years, Prism’s Finance and Billing module is a truly revolutionary way of managing your stable's financials.

Integrated with Xero, the world’s most advanced online finance and accounting package, the module is aimed at providing you a radical new dimension to efficiently manage your stables expenses, ensuring no expenses or recharges are missed and you spend more time on your business than in the books.   

Here are some of the features of the new Prism Finance Module:

• Xero Integration – Sync up with your Xero account and manage your accounting books within Prism.  Prism takes care of all Horses expenses, Owner splits, Invoice and Statement generation, Owner Payments and reconciliation while Xero takes care of all of the core accounting functionality, including Ledgers, Trial Balance, Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, Accounts Payable and Receivables.
• Expense Rules and Presets – Set daily rates and rules for every task you have and watch your Accounts automatically build up each day, allowing you to capture everything. It also allows you to see all costs on any one day and with Prism’s new Task and Financial Dashboard, you won’t miss anything.
• Manage your transactions – View and manage all of your transactions within Prism.  These transactions can be automatically or manually added, and you decide how they are handled.  Get a complete overview or filter to get a snapshot of horse, supplier, expense type or owner costs over any period of time  
• Month End Wizard - The Prism month end wizard helps you fix any discrepancies or issues before finalising your accounts in each billing period. Designed to ensure you mop up any inconsistencies or issues during the month, it ensure 100% accuracy in the charges against each horse and accounts sent out to Owners
• Statements and invoices – Generate and send clean and clear statements to your owners, with simple click to pay functionality. In addition, you will also receive daily updates of payments and automatic reconciliation of payments and their status in both Prism and Xero systems.
